Bio

Yassine is a freshly graduated computer science engineer from the National Engineering School of Carthage with a strong passion for artificial intelligence and machine learning. He was awarded a 5-year scholarship from the Tunisian government to pursue his Masters’s and Ph.D. studies in Canada and had the opportunity to gain valuable experience as a former intern with the Mitacs Globalink program at the University of Winnipeg. Currently, he is engaged in a research masters program at the RHAD Lab - École de technologie supérieure, focusing on the challenging area of source separation of signals captured with an in-ear microphone.
